1. Scope of this notice
This notice describes the HAYTÉ collection preview at onlyhayte.com as it operates on the date above. It covers the storefront’s browser features and distinguishes them from the technical services needed to serve a website.
This preview has no customer sign-in, checkout, payment collection, newsletter form, or inquiry-submission form. It does not ask you to supply an address, telephone number, account password, or payment details. This does not mean that visiting a website creates no technical records.
2. Information used by the preview
Different features use information in different ways. The following describes the current site rather than a future retail service.

3. Your bag, favorites, and gift note
The storefront uses local browser storage to remember known product identifiers, bag quantities, selected favorites, and a gift note of up to 240 characters. A note can contain personal information if you choose to write it. Please avoid confidential information, payment details, passwords, or information that the intended recipient would not expect you to share.
The note in your bag saves as you type when browser storage is available. On the gifting page, use Save gift note to save the message. These features do not send the note or your selection to HAYTÉ or to a gift recipient.
Selections are tied to this browser profile and website address. They do not automatically move to another device, browser, or the earlier HAYTÉ hosting address. Someone using the same browser profile may be able to see them.
4. Browsing and technical information
Serving a page requires a request to the website’s infrastructure. Hosting and delivery providers may process an IP address, browser or device details, the requested URL, referring information sent by the browser, the time of a request, and security or error events. This processing supports delivery, reliability, and protection against abuse.
The site uses OpenAI Sites hosting and Cloudflare delivery infrastructure. Their technical processing is separate from the three browser-saved selection items described here. This notice does not promise that provider logs are absent or kept for a particular number of days.
Collection and sort filters can appear in a shop-page URL. URLs may be kept in browser history, copied when you share a page, and included in a later website request. Keep sensitive information out of URLs. Search words entered into the site’s collection search are not added to the URL by that tool.
5. Sharing, advertising, and outside services
The storefront does not transmit its locally saved bag, favorites, or gift note to an advertising service. We do not use those saved selections for targeted advertising or sell them. The current storefront has no advertising pixels, social-media tracking widgets, or mailing-list integration.
A product-share action provides the product title and canonical link to your device’s sharing interface or copies the link to your clipboard. It does not automatically share your saved selection or note. When you choose a recipient or another service, that choice is under your control.
Opening an external information link sends you to that provider’s website. Any information processed there is subject to that site’s practices. Hosting providers may also process or disclose technical information as needed to provide their services, protect systems, or meet applicable legal obligations.
6. How long information remains
The three saved-selection items have no automatic expiry set by this storefront. They remain until you edit or clear them, your browser removes them, or a browser setting prevents them from being retained. Private-browsing sessions and storage limits can change that behavior.
A downloaded selection is a file on your device. It may include the selected products, quantities, proposed prices, the date of the download, and your gift note. You decide how long to keep it and whether to share it.
Clearing website data cannot remove files or copies already saved or shared elsewhere. Technical request records are separate from browser storage, and the site’s clear-data control cannot delete records held by infrastructure providers.
7. Your controls and choices
You can remove items from the bag, deselect a favorite, edit or erase a gift note, or clear all three HAYTÉ selection items with the browser-data control. Your browser also provides controls for site storage and cookies.
Blocking local storage may prevent selections from surviving a page change or a later visit, but the collection and information pages remain available to read. Most pages can be read without JavaScript; the selection tools, search, finder, and measurement converter require it.
Browser privacy signals do not turn off the bag and favorites that you choose to use. The current storefront has no advertising-sale or targeted-advertising feature for such a signal to disable. Provider security functions are handled separately.
Privacy rights vary with your location and the processing involved. This notice does not waive any rights that apply to you. The current preview offers the local-data controls described here and does not provide a remote privacy-request form or a customer account.
8. Children and sensitive information
This collection preview is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. It does not provide a child profile, age-based experience, or a form for children to submit personal information.
Do not put children’s private information, identification numbers, health information, financial details, or account credentials in a gift note. A note is a convenience for your own selection, not a confidential messaging service.
9. Security and shared devices
Connections to onlyhayte.com use HTTPS. This protects information in transit; it does not encrypt your saved selection within the browser or make a shared device private. No website or device can be guaranteed free of security risk.
On a shared device, clear the saved selection when you finish and check for downloaded copies. Keep your browser updated and use a device profile that you trust.
10. Updates and current help
We will update this notice when the storefront’s data practices change. New services such as accounts, checkout, communications, or analytics need appropriate privacy information before they are introduced. The date above shows the version you are reading.
The current Client care pages provide self-service information. A public customer, privacy, and accessibility contact channel has not yet been published for this preview. Gift notes and downloaded selections do not reach HAYTÉ and should not be used as requests for assistance.
