These terms describe the permitted use and current features of the HAYTÉ website at onlyhayte.com. References to HAYTÉ, we, our, or us mean the publisher of this website. The terms apply to this collection preview; they are not an order confirmation or a contract to sell a bracelet.
Please read these terms together with the Privacy notice and the information shown beside a product or feature. If you do not wish to use the site on this basis, you can leave it and clear any saved selections from your browser.
2. Availability, prices, and the preview bag
The debut collection is presented for exploration. The prices shown are proposed retail prices in US dollars. A preview-bag subtotal includes those proposed product prices only; it is not a quotation or a final purchase total and does not calculate taxes or delivery charges.
Adding a set to the bag, saving a favorite, writing a gift note, sharing a product link, or downloading a selection does not place an order, reserve stock, create a waiting-list position, arrange delivery, or authorize a payment. No purchase is completed through this preview.
Final availability, product specifications, prices, taxes, delivery options, and purchase terms will be displayed before an order can be placed. Collection studies are design explorations and are not current retail offers.
3. Handcrafted design and individual variation
A HAYTÉ collection is defined by its palette and feeling. Bead order, patterns, and arrangements may differ within that direction. The pictured composition should not be treated as a promise of an identical pattern or as an offer to reproduce a particular arrangement on request.
Variation describes the design approach. It does not excuse a product that fails to meet its confirmed description, and it does not limit rights or remedies that may apply to a future purchase. The final product listing and purchase terms will explain the specific offering.
4. Images, colors, materials, and fit
The current collection images are AI-assisted editorial visualizations inspired by the designs. They are not an inventory record of a particular ready-to-ship set. Packaging shown is a design concept unless a final product listing expressly includes it.
Colors can appear different on different screens and in different light. Descriptions such as gold-tone, ivory, and pearly white refer to appearance. They do not establish precious-metal content, genuine pearl content, gemstone identity, plating, or material composition.
The preview does not establish hypoallergenic, nickel-free, waterproof, or lifetime-durability specifications. Final materials, set contents, dimensions, and fit options will be stated before purchasing becomes available. The measurement tool converts units; it does not recommend or guarantee a bracelet size.
5. Saved selections and downloaded files
Favorites, bag contents, and a gift note can be stored in the browser you use. There is no customer account or synchronization between devices. Browser settings, private browsing, storage limits, or clearing site data may prevent saving or remove an existing selection.
A downloaded selection is a personal reference file. You control where you keep it and whether you share it. HAYTÉ does not receive the file or its gift note merely because you download it. Keep sensitive or confidential information out of gift notes, especially on a shared device.
Clearing saved HAYTÉ data removes the local selection from the current website origin in this browser. It does not delete downloaded files, shared copies, or information saved on another device or website address.
6. Using the site responsibly
You may browse the collection, use the personal selection tools, share links, and keep a copy of these terms. Please use the website lawfully and respect other people’s rights.
- Do not impersonate HAYTÉ, a customer, or another person, or imply an endorsement that has not been given.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with the site, or deliberately overwhelm its services.
- Do not use the site to obtain information you are not entitled to access or to infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.
7. Site content, sharing, and external links
The HAYTÉ name, visual identity, site design, and original content are subject to applicable intellectual-property rights where those rights exist. Browsing the site does not grant a license to commercially reuse its branding or present its content as your own. This does not restrict lawful quotation, fair use, honest reviews, criticism, or other rights that the law protects.
Some information pages link to independent resources. Their operators control those resources and their privacy practices. A link is provided for context, not as a guarantee of the external service or as an endorsement of everything it contains.
If you choose a device’s share feature, its sharing interface and the recipient or service you select determine what happens next. The product-share feature supplies a product title and link, not your bag or gift note.
8. Availability and corrections
We may update collection information, correct errors, change preview features, or pause the site for maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that a browser-saved selection will always remain available. Download a selection if you would like a separate reference copy.
